Why we built MoneroCalc
Money touches almost everything we do: buying a home, running a business, planning a trip, paying for school, choosing a phone plan, saving for retirement. Each of those decisions comes with its own math, and most people don't have time to build a spreadsheet every time.
That's why we built MoneroCalc: one place to calculate money, whatever the question.
We're a small team, and we started with a simple frustration. Finding the right calculator meant bouncing between sites that were cluttered, limited to one topic, or hidden behind sign-up forms. Many showed a number with no explanation. We wanted a single, clean home for all of it, so we built a library of more than 140 calculators and we're still adding more.

What we believe
- Clarity over complexity. You should see the inputs, the result, and how it was reached.
- Simple to use. Public calculators need no account, no jargon, no finance degree.
- Built around real questions. We add calculators people actually need, and we listen when something is missing or wrong.
Why a small team?
Staying small keeps us fast and focused. We can respond to feedback, fix problems quickly, and keep the site free and uncluttered, supported by unobtrusive advertising.
A note on accuracy
MoneroCalc is an educational tool, not financial advice. For major decisions, we recommend talking with a qualified professional. Check each calculator's country, rule year and model limits; some tools use historical snapshots or shared US assumptions.
Our guides show publication and review details when recorded. No independent professional review is claimed where one has not occurred.
